For the purposes of this privacy policy MRH means Motorracinghospitality.com Ltd and it's partner companies, including (but not limited to) Hospitality By Design.

This privacy policy sets out how MRH uses and protects any information that you give MRH when you use this website.

MRH is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

MRH may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 30 October 2018.

What we collect
We may collect the following information:

  • name and job title
  • contact information including email address
  • demographic information such as postal address, preferences and interests other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided - if you have given us permission to do so.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We use HTTPS secure connections for our external (customer facing) websites. Our internal Customer Relationship Management system is secured using HTTPS. Our customer facing systems use of personal data is limited to our enquiry forms only.

Payment methods/cards: ALL card payments are processed via an online portal provided by our merchant services provider. They are fully compliant with industry standard practices including 'PCI DSS'. All client cards will be processed by the client only - we do not handle your card information. We will see, at most, the type of card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and the last 4 digits of your card number. Internal policies mean that we will not process any card payments 'off line' - you will be asked to use a payment link that takes you directly to our processing partner.

How we use cookies

Controlling your personal information

  • whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, you can limit the details you provide to us.
  • if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us at webmaster@motorracinghospitality.com, or use the unsubscribe link that is provided on each of our direct marketing emails.
  • If you choose to subscribe to our marketing emails your details are held within the secure systems provided by Mailchimp. You can elect to receive email, or (if we ever choose to use the technology) customised direct marketing.
  • If you make a booking with us, we will be required to provide contact details to the provider of your hospitality package in order that the venues/destinations/event supplier can fulfil your requirements.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting however these will all be sent from our usual email address.

Data control and Brexit
All the data we hold is stored in UK-based datacentres, specifically in Brighton and Gloucester. Where a client books an event that takes place outside of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland we will be required to provide our partners with data such as name, address and other identifiers to enable our partners to deliver hospitality to fulfil client orders. By placing an order you consent to this data transfer without which we cannot deliver your event. We expect our partner organisations to hold any personal data to the same security standards as we apply ourselves and only work with partners that have demonstrated commitments to security.
